Evolving practices
Practices on trial: in use in at least one repo, not in the rules yet. Adopt them by hand. A practice graduates by an ADR here and a new rules version; until then it may change or be dropped.

To propose one: a page here with status: trial, the failure it prevents, where it's in use,
and open questions. Log what hurts while using it as papercuts.
